Please join us for a morning of music and walking meditation in nature with Sister Ocean on Saturday, March 23. We will begin at 10:00 am with a circle of songs in the Plum Village tradition at Rivercrest Park located along the Hillsborough River in South Seminole Heights in Tampa. Look for a Buddhist flag or FCM banner around which we will gather. We will then enjoy mindful walking meditation together around the park, and end the morning with more songs.
Please bring your own water, hats and sunscreen--and guitar if you would like to join in the music-making! Children are welcome, as are dogs on leashes.
