Please join us for a Vegetarian Cooking Class at the FCM Practice Center: Basics of Indian Vegetarian Cooking

This class, led by Sangha member Susan Ghosh, will demonstrate simple techniques to prepare three Indian vegetarian dishes as well as how to substitute different ingredients to alter one of them. One will be quick and easy enough for a beginning cook.You will be introduced to the appearance and taste of some common Indian spices and be able to take small samples home with you. The delectable flavors in Indian cooking come from blending different spices. The “hotness” of Indian cooking is a separate dimension and can easily be adjusted at home.

The class will be held in the FCM Practice Center Community Hall kitchen from 6:00 - 9:00 PM on April 11. Cost for the class is $20, which includes enjoying what we cook together, and taking home any leftovers!

This registration is for the April 11 class. You must register separately for each of the classes.
