DISCOVER THE HEALING POWER OF INTEGRATING THE BUDDHIST PRACTICE OF MINDFULNESS WITH 12 STEP RECOVERY

Bill Wilson, co-founder of AA, studied Buddhism and many other religions and spiritual practices.
Some of these teachings are incorporated  in the 12 Steps of Recovery and have served to guide participants in a new and addiction free way of life. There are many similarities in both traditions and by studying them together we can deepen our own practice, grow spiritually and help  others to be free from suffering. They will help us to change our way of thinking and acting and the results can change our home and family lives for the better.
