October 6 - December 15
Registration Deadline:  September 22
Suitability
This Intensive will benefit all levels of practitioners.

Description

Buddhist teachings show us that just as a bird needs two wings to fly, we need both wisdom and compassion as a basis for our happiness, well-being and spiritual development.

This Mindful Living Path Intensive will focus on the cultivation of our naturally open, compassionate heart through the study and practice of the Four Immeasurables: loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity. By uncovering the natural warmth and openness of our own heart, we learn to meet whatever arises in life with greater tenderness and understanding. As our understanding deepens and our heart opens, we can cultivate new habits that enrich our relationships and bring more ease and connection into daily life.
