Stopping, Calming, Resting, Healing
A Daylong Retreat with Darlene Stewart on February 15

Please join us for a Daylong Retreat led by Darlene Stewart. This retreat will continue with the same themes as the daylong retreat in January, led by Dharma teacher Fred Eppsteiner on Truly Living in the Present Moment.
Participants of this retreat will have the opportunity to take a break from the demands of daily life, the stress, and the worries, and enjoy a day of Dharma-based rest, relaxation and renewal by simply living in the present moment. Activities will focus on the practices that create the conditions of mind, the stability, the space, and the stillness that allows us to stop, calm, rest and heal, so that we can “ride the waves of stressful emotions with greater presence, intelligence and ease.”
Our Daylong retreat will include Dharma teaching & discussions, guided sitting, walking and lying down meditations. For your own benefit and the benefit of all, we ask that you plan to remain for the entire day.
While this event is free and open to all practitioners, it is necessary to register in advance. Your generosity in providing a donation or Dana for the use of the facility and the support of FCM is gratefully accepted and encouraged, and can be made online or at the door.
