Welcome to the IMM Home Practice Page. On this page you will find summaries of each week's teachings as well as our weekly practices and assignments.  Recorded Guided Meditations for Sitting Meditations and the Body Scan are also provided should you opt to use them while growing accustomed to these new practices.

• Optional Additional Guided Meditations. Guided meditations may have different purposes. Some are general, aimed at quieting the mind and producing calmness and relaxation. Others have a very specific purpose, such as cultivating loving-kindness, reflecting on impermanence, watching the arising and passing away of emotions or thoughts, and more.
