Jataka Tales: The Bodhisattva's Path to BuddhahoodMay 20, 2018 In this talk, Dharma teacher Fred Eppsteiner shares and comments on a number of what are known as the Jataka Tales, stories purported to depict the past lives of the Buddha. He explains how these stories serve as illustrations on how to develop the qualities that lead to Buddhahood such as determination, caring for the well being of others, and putting others before oneself. The stories he shares include "The Brave Little Parrot," "The Banyan King," and "The Hungry Tigress." The Bodhisattva's Path to Buddhahood: The Jataka Tales Audio | Video |
