In this four-week in-person series at the Florida Community of Mindfulness' Tampa Center, Nancy and Katie will guide participants in skillfully addressing common challenges and dilemmas we face every day, including:
We will use the book Mindful Eating by Jan Chozen Bays as our guide for this workshop. This four-week in-person series will begin on Tuesday, January 10, 17, 24 & 31 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
The last day to register for this retreat is January 9.
Nancy Natilson has practiced mindfulness and meditation for over 20 years and leads workshops for FCM and international non-profits. A lifetime Weight Watchers member, she loves to cook vegetarian meals and enjoys eating, too!
Katie McFarland, a registered and licensed dietitian in the home healthcare realm, practices mindfulness and meditation. Her passions are her family, health and wellness of body and mind, environmental conservation, and animal rescue.
