Materials will be those commonly found around your house. Please join the Zoom call with everything you need 10 minutes before the class so that you have time to settle before we begin.
Beth Schroeder, founder of CAWM, is a lifelong artist and former Arts in Healing coordinator for Naples Healthcare System. She has been practicing Buddhism since 1997, when she took the 5 Precepts with Thich Nhat Hanh at the Omega Institute. She has been a student of Fred and member of the Florida Community of Mindfulness since 2003.
