Whether you are a new or experienced meditator, our Half-Day and Daylong programs are an opportunity to support and deepen the practice of mindfulness and meditation, and nourish the seeds of happiness, transformation, and awakening in our lives. The programs include guided meditation, sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks and reflection.
Please register here if you are an FCM member and would like to attend in person in Tampa in the Meditation Hall following the FCM COVID-19 Safety Protocols. If you are not fully vaccinated, please plan to wear a mask and practice distancing. We are only open in-person for FCM members at this time.
Half-Days and Daylongs are offered free of charge (a donation, of course, is always appreciated.)
The theme for the talks for the once-a-month Saturday Half-Days and Daylongs are intended to help us awaken wisdom and compassion in our lives, recognize the goodness that lies within each one of us, and nurture our aspirations to be of benefit to others. The topic for June will be the Fifth Paramita: Concentration. Please join us.
