Please join us Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 am to lend a hand with the ongoing transformation and maintenance of our practice center in Tampa. We will begin the day in the meditation hall at 8:30 am with sitting meditation in preparation for our mindful work, which will commence around 9:00 am after an orientation by work day leaders. There will be both indoor and outdoor tasks in need of our joyful attention. Please wear old clothes, sturdy closed-toe shoes and bring work gloves if you have them, for those who may work outside. Snacks and water will be provided.
