This four-week course will begin on Tuesday, July 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Classes will be held at the FCM Practice Center, 6501 N. Nebraska Avenue, in Tampa. The cost is $75 for all four sessions. If you have questions, please contact us at info@floridamindfulness.org.
Class Instructors:
Evelyn Haseman has been a student of Buddhism and mindfulness since the late 70’s during which time she lived and worked in a Buddhist retreat center for a couple of years. She has attended numerous Buddhists meditation retreats and is committed to a path of mindfulness. Evelyn met Fred Eppsteiner in 2012 and joined the Florida Community of Mindfulness (FCM) where she facilitates a group for FCM members who are Living with Illness and also serves as Sangha Well-Being lead.
David Braasch has been a member of the Florida Community of Mindfulness since 2015, where he has taught and co-taught Mindfulness for Educators and Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation. He is currently serving as Membership Coordinator.
