We aspire to relate to money with integrity, considering everyone’s needs with equal care. By offering this program, FCM meets needs that include generosity, meaning, and receiving important financial support. We also want to meet the needs of people who want to learn mindfulness with us. To make this program as accessible as possible, we’ve created a sliding scale with several payment options. Please contact us if additional financial support is needed for your participation.

We all carry wounds from the past.  We have a small self inside who feels vulnerable, afraid, confused and we hear its voice every day.  This is too much.  I can’t handle it.  I try so hard but everything seems to go wrong.  Why is this happening to me?”

We’ve tried to ignore and/or discount this voice, yet it persists and will continue to persist until we stop and give it the support it needs to grow in confidence and stability.  Inner healing takes place when we bring the energy of mindfulness, unconditional lovingkindness, to the places that hurt.

Join us for a day of guided instruction in simple yet effective mindfulness practices that enable us to support our inner child while strengthening our adult capacity for patience and kindness and compassion.

Learning Goals/Objectives: Participants will:

1.      Learn a working definition of mindfulness

2.      Understand the key role mindfulness plays in emotional self-healing.

3.      Learn to recognize the voice of their own inner child

4.      Train in the mindfulness practices of breathing, sitting and walking as they relate to inner healing.
