St. Petersburg Sangha - Online
The St. Petersburg Sangha (members, nonmembers, and newcomers) now gathers virtually from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on the first and third Fridays of the month via Zoom. This gathering provides attendees the opportunity for a short meditation together, to share and discuss the teachings and practice of the Dharma, and to establish and re-establish Sangha friendships.
Discussions will be based on the current practices and teachings offered at FCM through Intensives, retreats and the Sunday Dharma talks of our teacher, Fred Eppsteiner and other Dharma Leaders.
Following meditation and an overview of the topic, participants will be invited to speak about the topic in the spirit of deep sharing and deep listening, in which we share from the heart and listen with acceptance and complete presence.
Knowing how much everyone enjoys connecting with Sangha friends, we will conclude the evening with time to talk less formally, as we used to do while enjoying tea.
If you have not participated in a Zoom program with FCM in the past, please review these guidelines and plan to join the call no later than 6:55 p.m., in order to be settled for the start in support of the group.
