Programs | St. Petersburg Sangha - OnlineThe St. Petersburg Sangha (members, nonmembers, and newcomers) will now gather virtually from 7 to 8:30 pm on the third Wednesday of the month via Zoom. This gathering provides attendees the opportunity for a short meditation together followed by time to share and discuss the teachings and practice of the Dharma, and to establish and re-establish Sangha friendships. Discussions are based on the current practices and teachings offered at FCM through Intensives, retreats and the Sunday Dharma talks of our teacher, Fred Eppsteiner and other Dharma Leaders. Occasionally, established practitioners offer short talks on what they have learned through their practice. Following meditation and an overview of the topic, participants will be invited to speak about the topic in the spirit of deep sharing and deep listening, in which we share from the heart and listen with acceptance and complete presence. Knowing how much everyone enjoys connecting with Sangha friends, those who wish to do so are invited to stay online to talk less formally after the closing bells and announcements. The Zoom link and call-in information is as follows:
We hope that you will join us. No need to register ahead of time. Newcomers are welcome! NOTE: The Sangha also gathers at Crescent Lake Park (maintaining social distancing and with masks) on the last Saturday of the month. See details on the FCM Calendar.
