Please join us for a Day of Mindfulness on Saturday, April 12th, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., at the Inner Light Center, 4810 Hickory Wood Dr, Naples, FL 34119.

This day of silence will include a Dharma talk by our teacher Fred Eppsteiner, periods of sitting and walking meditation, silent lunch, mindful movement, deep relaxation, and a closing sharing circle.  Please bring a vegetarian lunch and a drink of your choice, as well as your own cushion if you have one.  Extra cushions, as well as chairs, will also be available.  Please also bring a yoga mat or towel to lie on for deep relaxation.  Although there is no registration fee, please register so that we know how many are coming.  Voluntary donations are welcome and encouraged at the end of the day in support of our teacher and the FCM community.
