Please join us for a Day of Mindfulness at the Ispiri Community Room of the Avow Hospice, located at 1205 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, Florida 34105.  The Day will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, a Dharma talk by our teacher Fred Eppsteiner, mindful movement, deep relaxation, and a closing, sharing circle.  We will practice silence throughout the day, including during lunch.  Please bring a vegetarian lunch and a drink of your choice.  If you have your own cushion, please bring it with you.  Some additional cushions and chairs will be available for those who need them.

 
While this event is free and open to all practitioners, it is necessary to register in advance.  Your generosity in providing a donation, or Dana, for the use of the facility and the support of FCM and our teacher is gratefully accepted and encouraged.

Directions: Avow Hospice is located south of the Naples Nissan dealership on Whippoorwill Lane. 

From I-75 Whippoorwill Lane is the first traffic light west of I-75 on Pine Ridge Road (Exit 107). Turn at the Naples Nissan dealership.

From US 41, head east on Pine Ridge Road.  Whippoorwill is the first traffic light east of the intersection of Pine Ridge Road and Livingston Road.  Turn right at the Naples Nissan dealership.

Enter at Avow Hospice at 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, then proceed next door to the Ispiri Community Center.
