Developing concentration is essential for cultivating a mind that is stable, present and at ease. We use a variety of concentration practices and objects (e.g. the breath, the body, sound, and pebbles) to train the mind to stay in the present moment rather than be carried away by discursive thinking, both in formal meditation and in our daily lives. We encourage everyone who is fully vaccinated and in the Tampa Bay vicinity to experience the richness of practicing together, in-person in our Meditation Hall. There is no need to register ahead of time. Please familiarize yourself with our Covid-19 Safety Protocols and plan to arrive by 7:15 pm.
