You are invited to join the FCM community in selfless service and work meditation on April 24 by participating in the monthly workday! On this Saturday, we will also be celebrating Earth Day by inviting everyone with the option to participate in a plant or vegetable exchange following the workday at approximately 11:30 am. If you would like to participate, just bring a seedling or plant for someone else to take home; then, pick a plant that someone else has brought for you to take home. To aid in the process, please label the plant(s) you bring with the name and any relevant care instructions to help others know, learn, and how to care for their new additions. This is a great time to plant a garden or add some green to your space and pay homage to our dear Mother Earth. 

We will begin the day together meeting in the Children's Garden on the north side of the Meditation Hall in preparation for our mindful work,  with an orientation by work day leaders. There will be both indoor and outdoor tasks in need of our joyful attention. Please wear old clothes, sturdy closed-toe shoes and bring work gloves if you have them.  Snacks and water will be provided.

COVID protocols will be followed, to include maintaining social distancing and masking.  There will be limited indoor work opportunities so that distancing protocols can be maintained.
