Our community’s next Day of Mindfulness will be on December 3, 2011, and will be held at Yolanda Becker’s home in Naples, Florida (just off Interstate 75). The wooded trails, flowers, and fresh air will offer a nourishing and refreshing environment for our practice of mindfulness. Our day will include sitting and walking mindfulness meditation, a Dharma teaching by Dharma teacher, Bill Menza, an opportunity for questions and answers, lunch, some lazy time in nature, guided meditations and mindful movements.

Participants are requested to please respect and appreciate noble silence during the duration of the formal activities of the day. An opportunity for sharing will be provided towards the end of the day.

While this event is free and open to all practitioners, it is necessary to register in advance.  Your generosity in providing a donation or Dana for the use of the facility and the support of our teacher is gratefully accepted and
encouraged.
