It is an opportunity to deepen your experience of the 11th Step, Prayer & Meditation. The theme for the day will be Turning Over a New Leaf: Seeing Through our Habits with Mindfulness.

Participants do not have to belong to a 12 Step Program. We’ll have guided meditations with instructions, related talks, and Q&A. At 12:30, we'll break for fellowship and lunch. Please bring your own vegetarian bag lunch.
