We will be holding a Plum Village Tea Ceremony on Saturday night, August 25 for FCM members and friends.  The event will include meditation and an informal tea ceremony in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Tea and refreshments will be served in an atmosphere of beauty and serenity, and enjoyed in the spirit of mindfulness and presence.

If you would like, please bring a musical instrument or prepare/plan something ahead of time such as a poem, reading, anecdote, dance, picture, treasured item or song to share with the community. It is an opportunity for us to water the seeds of love, happiness, joy, and understanding in each other.  The theme of any performance should be consistent with the general spirit of FCM - joy, mindfulness, compassion and awakening.

There is no charge but please register ahead of time to support our preparations.
