Please join us Saturday, September 16, from 8:30 to 11:30 am to lend a hand in cleaning up and restoring the practice center after Hurricane Irma. We will begin the day in the meditation hall at 8:30 am with sitting meditation in preparation for our mindful work, which will commence around 9:00 am after an orientation by work day leaders as their may not be electricity. Please be prepared to work in the heat to put our practice center back together. Please wear old clothes, sturdy closed-toe shoes and bring work gloves if you have them. Snacks and water will be provided.
