In Naples, meditation starts at 6:30 PM, followed by a Dharma talk by Fred at 7:30 pm two Sundays of each month. On the Sundays when Fred is not in Naples, a member of the sangha will facilitate a discussion on some aspect of Dharma practice and daily life after the meditation period. A special introductory class for beginners to meditation and practice is held on the last Sunday of each month, 4:45 to 6:00 PM. Location: Bala Vinyasa Yoga in Naples.
