What are your meditation sessions like?

Meditation practice is held in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Each practice session includes both sitting and walking meditations, followed by a teaching and/or discussion. The format of the meditation session varies and are described in the individual sangha sections. Participants sit on meditation cushions on mats or on chairs. Newcomers are helped in finding a comfortable seated meditation posture by experienced members of the community. Meditation periods begin and end with the sound of a bell.
