Naples Day of Mindfulness

Day of Mindfulness Saturday, September 6th in Naples, Florida

A Day of Mindfulness will be held by the Naples Sangha of the Florida Community of Mindfulness on Saturday, September 6 from 9 am until 4:30 pm. The day will involve sitting and walking mindfulness meditation, guided meditations, a Dharma teaching by Fred Eppsteiner, an opportunity for questions and answers, silent meals, some lazy time and mindful movements. Participants are requested to please respect noble silence during the duration of the formal activities of the day. An opportunity for sharing and mindful conversation will be provided towards the end of the day.

New Meeting Location for Naples Sangha

Due to the sudden closing of Studio 41 Yoga this past week, the Naples Sangha will be relocating to another yoga studio beginning June 2, 2006. The owner of Bala Vinyasa Yoga, Kiersten Mooney, has graciously offered to give the Naples Sangha a new home. Bala Vinyasa Yoga is located at Peacock Court, 6326 Trail Boulevard, Naples, Florida 34108. Peacock Court is across U.S. 41 from Barnes & Noble. The Naples Sangha will continue to meet at 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. each Sunday.
