Fred Speaks to Wake Up Tampa on "What Really is a Path of Enlightenment?" (For those in their 20's & 30's)

Zen Teacher Fred Eppsteiner will be joining Wake Up Tampa Bay for a 30 minute sitting meditation followed by a talk on "What Really is a Path of Awakening or Enlightenment?"



Wake Up Tampa Bay is a  mindfulness and meditation group for people in their 20s & 30s.



Join us for a 30 minute seated meditation followed by a talk from our guest.
