Thank You Very Much:
Gratitude as a Mindful Path to Health and Well-Being

“…the greatest thing is to give thanks for everything. He who has learned this knows what it means to live. He has penetrated the whole mystery of life: giving thanks for everything.”
-Albert Schweitzer

The practice of gratitude is linked to every aspect of well-being -enjoying good health, increasing happiness and reducing depression, stress, and anxiety, experiencing a deeper sense of connection to self, others, and the environment.

This workshop will explore the multiple emotional and psychological, spiritual, interpersonal and physical benefits of practicing gratitude in a mindful manner. Gratitude is one of the few things we can count on to make us happier and improve the overall quality of our lives.  Along with examining some of the current research, we will discover fresh, substantial, and deep ways of sustaining gratitude in our lives.
