All are invited to attend a Half-Day of Mindfulness on Saturday, July 7, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Greater Naples, 6340 Napa Woods Way. The morning will include sitting and walking meditation and a Dharma discussion led by Andy Solis. If you have your own cushion, please bring it. Additional cushions will be available, as well as chairs.

Directions to the UU Congregation: The church is located off Pine Ridge Road, close to the intersection of I-75. From I-75, take the Pine Ridge Road Exit (Exit 107). Turn EAST onto Pine Ridge Road. Turn south (RIGHT) off Pine Ridge onto Napa (2nd light east of I-75). Go one block; turn west (RIGHT) onto Napa Woods Way and go to the end. Turn left onto the church driveway. Follow the driveway to the building and parking lot. Enter the building through the second door past the main entrance. We will meet in Thomas Hall.
