DESCRIPTION:https://www.floridamindfulness.org/event-645427\n\n       Day of Mindfulness\, Naples\, March 9\, 2012\, 9:00 - 4:00 p.m.\n      All are encouraged and welcome to join us for a Day of Mindfulness on Saturday\, March 9\, from 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.\, at Innerlight Center\, 4810 Hickory Wood Drive\, Naples 34119.  This day of silence will include a Dharma talk by our teacher Fred Eppsteiner\, periods of sitting and walking meditation\, silent lunch\, mindful movement\, deep relaxation\, and a closing sharing circle.  Please bring a vegetarian lunch and a drink of your choice\, as well as your own cushion if you have one.  Extra cushions\, as well as chairs\, will also be available.  Although there is no registration fee\, please register so that we know how many are coming.        Voluntary donations are welcomed at the end of the day on March 9 in support of our teacher and the community.  \n
